Yes! I encourage all my clients to reach out to me when ever they have any questions. From sending a video to check your form, to asking a “yes or no” question, I’ll answer your message as soon as possible.
Yes! Each exercise in your programme will have its own demonstration video. You can view a video by clicking “Exercise Video” inside each individual exercise within the workout.
No, you don’t have to track your measurements or pictures if you don’t want to. Although it’s encouraged to track progress and set new goals, I want you to feel as comfortable as possible through your fitness journey and you won’t have to do anything you don’t want to do.
Yes, I can see your workouts and exercise history, when we have our weekly 1:1s we will talk through the exercises and weights you lifted each week.
These are booked in for 30 minutes each week, however, depending on the person these can range from 10 minute calls to 30 minute calls.
