Frequently Asked Questions
Before visiting the FAQ section below, I recommend taking a look at the FAQ section on the dashboard of your profile (you should see this on your home screen once logging in to the platform). This gives video tutorials and “how-to” guides on a number of the questions answered below.
The platform available on the App store and play store. Down load the Hapori app and log in with your credentials to get the JamesGrayFit portal.
Yes! Each exercise in your programme will have its own demonstration video. You can view a video by clicking “Exercise Video” inside each individual exercise within the workout.
To view your exercise history, you need to be viewing a specific workout within your calendar. You can then press the clock with an anti-clockwise arrow icon to view all your past records under that specific exercise.
You can track your reps and sets within each workout in your calendar. Once you click into the workout, you will see each exercise with a set and rep count pre-loaded. Once these are done, press “complete” and a notes section will load where you can track your progress.
Once you’ve completed your Par-Q, Declaration Form and been assigned a programme, your workout will be in the “Calendar & Workouts” section. You can open each workout by clicking into it within the calendar.
You can change your workout programme up to 2 times per month, however, to see the best results we strongly recommend finishing the programme you’re on first. You can change your programme by filling emailing me ([email protected]) so I can assign you the new programme. I will send you an update (usually within 24 hrs to let you know that your new programme is waiting for you).
There are two reasons for this. The first could be to do with your internet connection. The platform will load your information each time you open the interface, so if you’re in a location with slow internet this could be the cause. The second reason could be because you’ve finished the current programme you’re on. If this is the case please email me ([email protected]) so I can assign you a new programme. I will send you an update (usually within 24 hrs to let you know that your new programme is waiting for you).

You can also track a handful of fitness tests (1 rep max’s, cardio etc…), including each individual rep of each exercise!
Once you’re on the dashboard of the platform scroll down to the “Progress Pictures” section. Once in here, you can upload front, side and back profile images to track your visual progress. You can even save the date these were taken to build a progress portfolio in chronological order.
You can change your details within the settings section of the platform. Once in settings click “edit my details” and change any necessary details before clicking the “update details” button at the bottom.
Yes. This can be done by following the forgotten password steps at the login page if you don’t know your current password, or by changing it in the “edit my details” section inside the “settings” page of the platform.
You can purchase credits by emailing [email protected]. Each credit purchased leads to a 30-minute online call. The credits have a 3-month expiry date and can be booked with JamesGrayFit at any available time the platform offers you (typically on a weekend, or outside the 9-5 working week). These credits expire after 3 months and can be booked in as and when you see fit.
Once your credits have been loaded into your account (within 24hrs usually) you can click the “new booking” button inside your calendar. You’ll then get an option to select a time and date that suits you. After you have requested the 1:1 (and it has been accepted by JamesGrayFit) it will appear in your workout calendar and on your dashboard.
Please allow 24 hours for your 1:1 request to be reviewed, if accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation email followed by a zoom meeting link.
If the request cannot be accepted, I’ll request a reschedule which you can accept or reject inside the platform. If you can’t make the rescheduled time, you can suggest another time that suits you better.
You only need to contact me when you’re changing your programme, wish to book in an online 1:1 or want to change your payment method – however, if you need help with the platform or want to reach out to us, you can email [email protected] or message me on my socials.
I offer monthly, quarterly or yearly subscriptions to the platform. If you wish to change your payment plan, you can do so by contacting me at [email protected].
When I update payment methods, I will set you up on a new payment plan AND cancel the old payment plan.
You can cancel your subscription at any time in the “subscriptions” section of the “settings page”. To cancel your subscription for the next payment period, please make sure this is done at least 7 days BEFORE the next payment date is due. You CAN NOT cancel you subscription from the app. Currently, this needs to be done by logging in via an internet browser (app.hapori.com/login)
