Qualified with level three personal training and nutritional therapy, I have been training in and out of gym settings for six years and have been a personal trainer/online coach for three – helping a number of clients both in person and online.

Reach out to me and I’ll assign you a new programme. This can be the same programme you have just completed, or a new programme entirely.

Yes! Each exercise in your programme will have its own demonstration video. You can view a video by clicking “Exercise Video” inside each individual exercise within the workout.

No, you don’t have to track your measurements or pictures if you don’t want to. Although it’s encouraged to track progress and set new goals, I want you to feel as comfortable as possible through your fitness journey and you won’t have to do anything you don’t want to do.
